This commit modifies the behavior of SNAPTARGET_DISTRIBUTION_CATEGORY. It now acts as a child of SNAPTARGET_ALIGNMENT_CATEGORY. This ensures that the distance markers for Snapping functionality only appear when the "Alignment" snap toggle is activated.
