Msdk 1824 cocoapods and private repo
Changes
- Change cardinal reference to private gitlab repo and replaced it with Cardinal pod.
- Updated the podspec, Same app Podfile.
- Added Pipeline script to perform add token to podfile.
- Removed Podfile.lock as it was exposing the token.
- Broken Carthage Dependency Manager
